1. Status of the rules for using the social network "Bherda"

1.1. These rules for using the social network "Bherda" were developed by the site administrator and determine the conditions for the use and development of the site, its services, as well as the rights and obligations of its users and administration. The rules also apply to relations related to the rights and interests of third parties who are not students of BCIS, but whose rights and interests may be affected as a result of the actions of site users.

1.2. These rules can be changed and/or supplemented by the site administrator. These rules are an open and publicly available document. The current version of the rules is located on the Internet at the address: https://bherda.com/?rules. The site administrator recommends that users regularly check the terms of these rules for changes and/or additions. Continued use of the site by the user after changes and/or additions to these rules means the user's acceptance and agreement with such changes and/or additions.

2. Site status "Bherda"

2.1. The rights to the site as a whole and to use the network address (domain name) https://bherda.com belong to the site administrator.

2.2. In these rules and other special documents posted on the site, the administrator of the site "Bherda" (previously and hereafter - site administrator or administrator) means the user and administrator: Admin (@admin).

3. Registration on the "Bherda" website and user status

3.1. The "Bherda" website is a service of the Bherda ecosystem. User registration on the site is free, voluntary and done through the Bherda ID tool. Registration and/or authorization on the site using Bherda ID means agreement with the user agreement of the Bherda ecosystem, which is publicly available on the Internet at https://bherda.com/?rules.

3.2. A user of the social network "Bherda" is an individual registered on the site in accordance with the procedure established by these rules, who has reached the age of 6 years, and is a student of BCIS Senior Campus.

3.3. When registering on the site, the user is obliged to provide the site administrator with the necessary reliable and up-to-date information to create the user’s personal page, including a unique login and password for accessing the site, as well as last name and first name for each user. The site's registration form may request additional information from the user.

3.4. After successful registration of the user on the site, the administrator assumes the rights and obligations to the user specified in these rules.

3.5. The username and password selected by the user are necessary and sufficient information for the user to access the site. The user does not have the right to transfer his login and password to third parties, and bears full responsibility for their safety, independently choosing the method of storing them. The user, on the hardware and software he uses, can allow the storage of login and password (using cookies) for subsequent automatic authorization on the site.

3.6. With regard to information about himself, the user has the right to:

• Independently delete information previously posted by the user on the "Bherda" website;

• Independently change the user's password, login, year, first and last name using the functionality available to the user on the "Edit Profile" page.

4. Responsibilities of the "Bherda" user

4.1. When using the site, the user is obliged to:

• Comply with the provisions of these rules;

• Provide reliable, complete and up-to-date data during registration, and ensure that they are updated;

• Inform the site administrator about unauthorized access to the personal page and/or unauthorized access and/or use of the user’s password and login.

4.2. If there are doubts regarding the legality of certain actions, including posting information or providing access, the site administrator recommends refraining from carrying out the latter.

4.3. When using the site, the user is prohibited from:

• Register as a user on behalf of or instead of another person ("fake account");

• Mislead other users regarding your identity by using the login and password of another registered user;

• Misrepresent yourself, your age, or your relationships with other persons or organizations;

• It is unlawful to download, store, publish, distribute, provide access to, or otherwise use the intellectual property of users and third parties;

• Use software and take actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the site or users’ personal pages;

• Upload, store, publish, distribute and provide access to or otherwise use viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs;

• In any way, including, but not limited to, by deception, abuse of trust, hacking, trying to gain access to the login and password of another user;

• Carry out illegal collection and processing of personal data of other persons;

• Post any other information that, in the personal opinion of the administrator, is undesirable, does not correspond to the purposes of creating the site, infringes on the interests of users, or for other reasons is undesirable for posting on the site.

4.4. The user is prohibited from uploading, storing, publishing, distributing, providing access to, or otherwise using any information that:

• Contains threats, calls for violence, including hidden ones, approval and encouragement of violent actions, discredits, insults, discredits honor and dignity or business reputation, or violates the privacy of other users or third parties;

• Violates the rights of minors;

• Is vulgar or obscene, contains pornographic videos, images and texts or scenes of a sexual nature involving minors;

• Contains scenes of inhumane treatment of animals;

• Contains a description of the means and methods of suicide, any incitement to commit it;

• Promotes and/or contributes to the incitement of racial, religious, ethnic hatred or enmity based on a particular gender, orientation, as well as other individual characteristics and characteristics of a person (including issues of his health);

• Contains extremist materials;

• Promotes criminal activity or contains advice, instructions or guidelines for committing criminal acts;

• Contains restricted information, including, but not limited to, state and commercial secrets, information about the private life of third parties;

• Contains advertising or describes the attractiveness of using drugs, including "digital drugs" (sound files that affect the human brain through binaural beats), information about the distribution of drugs, recipes for their manufacture and tips for use;

• May potentially lead to illegal activities by misleading users or violating their trust.

4.5. The user is personally responsible for any information that he posts on the site, communicates to other users, as well as for any interactions with other users, which are carried out at his own risk.

4.6. If the user disagrees with these rules or their updates, the user must refuse to use the site by informing the site administrator in the prescribed manner.

5. Final provisions

5.1. These rules constitute an agreement between the user and the administration of the site regarding the procedure for using the site and its functionality and replace all previous agreements between the user and the administration.

5.2. In the event of any disputes or disagreements related to the implementation of these rules, the user and the site administrator will make every effort to resolve them through negotiations between them.

5.3. These rules come into force for the user from the moment he joins them and are valid for an indefinite period.
